Everyone wants to be heard! What an easy way to engage someone who has shared an Opportunity on Listing Llama – give them the spotlight.

Based on what they have shared, ask questions to bring them into a conversation with you. Make sure to ask questions that serve them, not you. Ask questions with the sole goal being, to find the answers they need to move forward… which really helps you in winning their business. This is always a great intro to a series of questions:

“So that I can better serve you, I’d like to ask you a couple of questions…”
