At the very first stage of a relationship, at the first impression, start helping. Answer questions. Offer something freely. Be an asset. On Listing Llama too… and especially. Share something you know of a neighborhood, or a recent similar property transaction, anything that can advance them even just a little, or by a mile. This is the essence of your job as an agent. An agent for anything is supposed to make things flow with less effort. Straight out of the gate, get that flow going 🙂
