When you are writing a proposal for a client, focus on what they really need. Don’t overwhelm or distract or dilute your efforts with services that really just won’t work for them… Like, why tell them you do great drone photography if they are trying to sell a condo on the third floor of a six story building? Focus on what works. Make it a tailored proposal. They’ll know you put the time in, and didn’t just offer up the standard. This will prove that you are watching and considering the details for them, making you the right Realtor for the job.
